Okuma Avenger Baitfeeder Spinning Reel - ABF-1000
Okuma's bait feeding system allows anglers to disengage their spinning reel spool and allow their bait to run freely. The bait feeding system incorporates a secondary micro-adjustable drag system at the rear of the reel that allows for precise adjustment of the spool for bait control. In order to disengage this system simply turn the handle. The ON/OFF lever on the rear of the reel will automatically disengage the bait feeding system so you can fight your fish with the main drag system.
The Okuma Avenger ABF Spinning Reels are built with a corrosion-resistant graphite body for durable, lasting use in saltwater. The multi-disc Japanese oiled felt drag system, precision elliptical gearing system and quick-set anti-reverse work together to deliver smooth, reliable operation to anglers. Additional features include a precision brass pinion gear, on/off auto trip bait feeding system and RESII, Rotor Equalizing System.
